Shipping & Returns

Our shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are listed below, followed by our shipping charges.

Shipping Method

When in-stock items will arrive

Standard Shipping of In-Stock Merchandise

5-10 business days from the date the order is received. Monday through Friday. (Does not count weekends or holidays) Will be notified if item is NOT in stock within 3 business days.
Express - 2 Day
(See Note 1)
2 business days from the date of shipment. (Monday through Friday, do not count weekends or holidays) Express Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving order and then 2 day shipping time applies.
Destinations outside the Continental U.S. U.S. Parcel Post - Delivery time is influenced by many factors, including length of time in customs, and therefore cannot be estimated.

Note 1 - Express Orders must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight/Standard Time. All orders submitted after that time will be processed the next BUSINESS day.

Our Return Policy

We will gladly exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your money in the original form of payment within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 30 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition. We must receive your item back within 40 days of the original shipment date. After these time limits all sales are final. 

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise,  the reimbursement will be made to the oriiginal  method of payment for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
